Full Cream Choc Pudding...

Another pudding from me...I just love puddings...;)

U need :-

• 400ml full cream milk
• 50gm sugar
• 1 tbsp agar-agar powder
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder - make it a paste with lil hot water
• 30gm whipping cream - beat it (preferable thickened cream)

Ways of preparing :-

• Bring milk, sugar n agar-agar powder to a boil. Keep stiring with a lower heat.
• Add in cocoa powder paste, stir. Turn off the fire.
• Strain the mixture into another bowl.
• Add whipped cream and mix well.
• Pour into ur favourite moulds n store into fridge.

Serve Chilled...;)
