Hellooooooooooooooooooo friends!!! How U all been??? So sorry I've been missing from blogging world for past 1 week! It's not because my Hubby is around, but we both have been really busy with our MegaProject lately! Hehehe, okey lemme reveal what our MP is all about... WE ARE MOVING TO OUR NEW HOME!!! Yes, we'll be moving to our newly renovated home soon! Right now, we are touching up whatever necessary and gearing up for the Housewarming coming weekend. Phewwww! It's really tiring I would say, especially my Hubby. He has put in so much of time, effort and money into this MegaProject...after all, this would be our Dream Home where we'll spend rest of our life together... So, with loads of work we got in hand...I'll have to take a break from blogging until everything is settled, maybe about 2~3 weeks or so. I shall meet U all again from my new kitchen with all new food, I hope! Yeehaaaaa! Till we meet again, take care all!!! Forget me Not! Before leaving

Would like to share the way I do it with all of U...actually I'm pretty sure most of U already knew how to do it...but those who prefer some variation, may try out my style too ( it's actually my Mum's style )... Okey, since I have not much time to blabber today...let's get to the recipe... Hi friends, sorry for the late update on my Yogurt Chicken Curry II recipe ...which we had together with the Egg Paratha Rolls ...see N3 before this or CLICK . I'd always prefer curries which are thicker rather than the lighter/watery ones...so there goes with all my curries I've posted here b4...U may still add more water/milk to make it lighter...but don't forget to adjust the seasonings as well! Like I've said earlier, there's another version of Chicken Curry using yogurt already been posted in my blog before. Check it out HERE ... it's typed in Malay! Therefore, I named this newer recipe as Yogurt Chicken Curry II ... It basically has yogurt as main...but the method of cooking is slightly different and I skipped potatoes... Enough of suspense...let's see the recipe...hehehe! YOGURT CHICKEN CURRY II Ingredients :~ 1 whole chicken ( cleaned and cut into medium-sized pieces) 4 shallots * 4 garlic cloves * 2 cm ginger * ( * pounded together)

Our breakfast today...! I'm used to make Banana Balls/Fritters (Cekodok Pisang) quite often due to overwhelming request from my dear Hubby and Rishie. To clear off banana stock, this solution always come to my rescue! Sometimes, I'll add freshly grated coconut ( toasted without oil ) into the batter, to give it better taste and aroma. And, I did the same this time. Okey, let's see what U need to make this ez-bz Banana Coconut Balls ... Ingredients :~ 8-10 ripe bananas 80gm sugar ~ less if the banana is really sweet 1 tsp flat bicarbonate soda 4 tbsp toasted coconut 1 cup plain flour / tepung gandum pinch of salt oil to fry Methods :~ In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add sugar, baking powder, salt and toasted coconut. Mix well. Now, add plain flour and mix. The batter should not be too watery/too much flour. Adjust accordingly. Allow the batter to marinade for 20 minutes Heat oil in wok...not too hot. Take a spoonful of batter and drop it gently i
