Here I am with a lovely and cute guest post from a fellow food blogger Pooja, the proud owner of DAILY SWAD SUGANDH :)
Pooja, as I knew her from a Facebook group is a very sweet lady who just loves to cook and blog on regular basis. I really admire her recipes and straight forward blog layout. And most of all, her little princess, Ananya!!! Gosh, she is so so so adorable. Actually Ananya attracted me the most when I saw her on Pooja's FB profile. May God bless this little girl with only happiness in life.
Pooja was one of the bloggers who offered to make a guest post in my blog. That's really generous of her to share a recipe with my readers. Thank you so much dear Pooja and I would like to apologize for the delay from my side too. ;)

I would use the same Briyani Rice recipe and add any style of chicken or mutton dishes. I prefer the chicken and mutton is well cooked before mixing them in the rice.

Green Chicken Curry...My Version :)

This curry has been in my Must Do List for a long time, and I just had the chance to try it. Mine is not so green like the famous Thai Green Chicken Curry. Maybe due to the chillies I used here.

But I was satisfied with the taste and got myself indulged in this creamy curry, although I felt it could have been little more spicier.

So, wait no more...let's get to the recipe!

Snow Cheesecake....

This is one cake which has gone viral among Malaysian Food Bloggers of late. Me, not wishing to miss the train, gave it a try and the cake was liked by all. The cake itself is not too cheesy, but the filling and topping, yes. Thus, for those who don't really fancy cheesecakes can try this!

You can also use your own cheesecake recipe for the cake part. Just slice the cake into half, fill and top with cream cheese and grate cheddar cheese over. Done!

Before we go to the recipe, let me thank the recipe owner Sherry_Mz of for sharing this wonderful and yummilicious recipe with us. She should be really proud and happy to see the number of food bloggers and readers tried her recipe. Also thanking fellow Malaysian bloggers for sending the vibes to others...and that includes me! LOL ;)

Now, to the recipe. I have translated the original recipe which was in Malay.

Chocolate Layer Cake...My Guest #11 ~ Suja MD, Pepperbowl

Seeing you again on a Guest Post series...

Pleased to welcome my lovely guest for today, Ms Sujatha, or better known as Suja MD among food bloggers.
I got to know Suja when she emailed me, complimenting on my blog and introduced hers. That took me to her beautiful ever space, PEPPERBOWLwhich has delicious recipes along with excellent, bright clicks! I replied her right away offering an invitation to guest post in my space. There was never a NO, LET'S SEE, OH I'M SHY etc. reply from her. But an immediate answer, YES with a few questions. I saw the dedication in her to follow up with me once her recipe was ready.
Suja has come up with her Chocolate Layer Cake to be shared here. Check out her pictorial methods and the end result. Splendid!!! And do visit her space and show her your love too ;)

Let's hear from Suja of Pepperbowl...

Chicken Sambal Fried Rice ~ My Guest #10....Arthy

Welcome back readers and friends!

Let me take to the guest post series right away.

Today, I'm honoured to feature a very sweet blogger in my Guest Post series. She is none other than Ms ARTHY from Sumanarthy's Kitchen.

Firstly, I have to thank Arthy for accepting my invitation. Secondly, for her patience in waiting for the post to get published. Yes, she understood my situation very well and agreed to wait, infact she gave me moral support during my absence. Thank you dear sis!

Arthy, is more like a sister rather than a fellow blogger to me. We often communicate via Whatsapp and have been mutually commenting on our blogs. I love her space and all her dishes. Totally in awe with her creations...she is a wonderful, kind-hearted and most important, a terrific cook! I believe she inherited her culinary skills from her mother. She can make you go weak knees with her simple presentation, which I liked the most! Just WOW!

Wait no more, say hello to Arthy and check out her Chicken Sam…

Simply Moist Banana Cake...

Recipe as promised before!

Bought some bananas just to make this cake...and no disappointments with the result. For someone like me, who don't really fancy banana cake, I just liked this one! Received good verdicts from my Hubby, Son and Daughter too ;)

I couldn't wait to slice the cake, thus we had the cake warm!

Do give it a try, and let me know if you did. You don't have to bring out your electric mixer. A hand mixer or a whisk is enough ;)

Baked Oreo Chocolate Pancakes ~ My Guest #9...Priya Suresh

Hello again to one and all!

It's always nice to be back to Bloggywood after sometime. That's because of your comments and compliments I still receive during my absence.

Anyways, today I'm here to feature a long delayed guest post. First of all, I really have to apologize to some of my blogger friends who have already sent me their guest posts but got delayed from my end due to unexpected things happened.

I'm truly touched with their kind understanding and allowing me to take my time.

Okay, let's not wait any longer. Check out who is guest posting at my space today.

PRIYA SURESH, is a name that needs no introduction among food bloggers worldwide. This simple woman with extraordinary culinary skills is one of my earliest friends in Bloggywood! Her extremely droolworthy dishes and presentations kills me each time I visit her.  I had always wanted to be her neighbour. She knows that well too. Don't you Priya?

Andhra Chicken Curry ~ My Guest #8...Swasthi, Indian Healthy Recipes

Welcome back!

How many of you are true curry lovers? I love curries that are made thick with loads of spices. My chicken and mutton curries must have the most spices because they can simply make your curry really aromatic and super delicious. But of course not over the quantity needed.

Today, I feel so proud to have Ms Swasthi to make a guest post in my space. I happened to know Swasthi after she left a comment in my space. That took me straight to her irresistible and tummy grumbling page, Indian Healthy Recipes. Swasthi claims herself as a budding food blogger but I would say she is a fantastic cook. The recipes she has shared along with fabulous clicks can make you easily hungry. You have no idea how much I craved for her dishes whenever I visit her space, lol! I found Swasthi a very down to earth, polite and sweet person. I personally liked her simple food presentation with an easy to browse-through blog layout. Those who've already visited her, would agree with me ;) If you …

It's like a dream came true for me when I could have all the lovely and talented, be it senior or junior food bloggers to guest post for me in my little space.

Foodies are everywhere and thanks to the platform called BLOG, which unites all of us together. When I started my blog back in 2009, I never had a single thought that this platform will grow and expand this large! I would say Food Bloggers are the most popular among bloggers and I'm so proud to be one of them.

Today, I have a wonderful friend as my guest. She is the foodie cum blogger at Foodomania, Ms Kavitha.

Her blog is one yummilicious space that you must visit when you blogwalk. She has various collections of recipes that can make you helpless on which to choose because everything looks so good and yummy! I'd sometimes just drool looking at her creations and forget to comment, lol!
