♥...Almond Sugee Cookies...♥

Image
I suddenly felt like munching my most favourite biscuit...Sugee Cookies! Not wasting any time, I headed to the kitchen and started preparing. This time, I added some powdered almond into the mixture. There's nothing else I modified from my original recipe, except for additional sugar and ghee. See my original post on Sugee Cookies HERE . You may also add chopped almond nuts. ALMOND SUGEE COOKIES (BISKUT SUJI BADAM) Ingredients :~ 2 cups wheat flour (sifted) 1 1/4 cups caster sugar 1/2 cup powdered almond 7-8 tbsp ghee(room temperature) Method:~ Mix flour, powdered almond and sugar. Add ghee spoon by spoon and form a soft dough. Now, make balls and place them on baking tray, giving a little press with a fork. U may also use a cutter to make them into ur favourite shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes. Leave it cool at room temperature. Done!   Btw, my Hubby reached home safely from Denmark yesterday and we'll be going for a holiday wit

A thought to share my Eggless Cake Brownie made me return for awhile...;) This basic brownie recipe is quite similar to my Triple Joy Brownies . Here, I've substituted eggs with buttermilk and baked a super moist eggless brownie. Not forgetting to mention that this is my second time baking it as my first attempt was a little disaster. The brownie broke into pieces while being tranferred from pan to rack. Yeah, I was not careful. But that did not stop us from enjoying the crumbed brownie...lol!   EGGLESS CAKE BROWNIE by love2cook Ingredients:~ 113gm butter 125gm dark chocolate, chopped 200gm fine granulated sugar ( add or less ) 1 cup buttermilk ( I used Paul's brand ) 50gm plain flour 40gm dutch processed cocoa 1 tsp baking powder chop
