♥...Prawn Rendang...(repeat)...♥

Made Prawn Rendang again due to request from dear Hubby. Recipe courtesy by KakFida@MyR ... See HERE for Malay version. Below is the translated recipe. PRAWN RENDANG by KakFida... Ingredients :~ 1 kg tiger prawn - cleaned (I used large prawn, mixed with some salt and fried it first) 3 tbsp dried chilli paste 1 onion * 4 garlic cloves * 2 ginger slices * 4 tbsp fish curry powder 2 lemongrass stalks - crushed 2 curry leaf stalks 1 cup coconut milk - from 1/2 coconut 3 tbsp coconut paste salt and sugar to taste 1 pc tamarind slice/ tamarind juice oil Method :~ Blend ingredients marked * , chilli paste and curry powder. Heat oil in wok and stir blend ingredients, lemongrass and curry leaves till fragrant. Add in coconut milk, salt, sugar, tamarind slices and coconut paste. Mix well and add little water, leave it to boil. Lastly, add in prawn and stir awhile until it's cooked. Serve hot! Dear Friends, sorry

Good morning friends!!! Hru all doing today? All good I hope...Have a great weekend! Dearest Hubby made some Garlic Bread for us recently. Super yummy I would say! I enjoyed it with some mayo dipping... Let's have a look at the simple preparation...but stunning result! GARLIC BREAD by love2cook's Hubby Ingredients :~ 1 pc french loaf ~ sliced 2 whole garlic ~ finely chopped 5 tbsp salted butter ~ melted at room temperature 1 tbsp mixed herbs ( fresh parsley would make better ) Method :~ Whisk butter till fluffy. Keep aside. Mix chopped garlic with herbs. Add into the butter. Stir together. Brush the mixture over the sliced french loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. Done. The Making…. Final Result…. Simple isn't it!!! Try it...U'll love it as I did!!!

A quick post for today...let's refresh ourselves with Pineapple Grapes Punch!!! In a glass, add Pineapple chunks, Seedless Grapes, Sugar syrup, Water, some Ice Cream Soda and Ice cubes . Mix well and enjoy!!!

Hi Friends, how r U all doing out there??? All very good I hope... Sorry no updates from me the whole weekend...as usual, we've been very busy...enjoying the ride on our new toy, Audi Q5. MOIST ROAST CHICKEN Ingredients :~ 1/2 Chicken - cut into 6-8 pieces 4 cloves Garlic* 1" Ginger* 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds* 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds* (* blended) 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 2 tbs Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp Chili Sauce 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce 4 tbsp Water Butter 1 tbsp coarse blackpepper ~ I added Method :~ 1. Mix all of them. Marinate for 30 min. ( I marinated for 2 hours ) 2. Place in a baking dish. Place some butter on top. 3. Bake 190C for 60 min. 4. Top with brown sauce & serve with Chicken Rice or plain rice. * I

Ben10…oops Rishie with another Audi Q5… The new Q7…nice, price is nice too… Rishie is eyeing the Audi R8! He insisted his Papa to get him this car! Gosh…kids! A model who gets too much attention…Paparazzi everywhere… That’s our Audi Q5 with the Big Brother Q7…
