♥...My Quick Tofu Fa...^___^...♥
I'm a Tofu Fa lover!
My hubby used to hunt for stalls selling the best Tofu Fa for his beloved wifey! He sometimes drive upto Subang just to get 'em!
There are lots of recipes on net on how to make this dessert at ur home. But, I like the end-result rather than The-Making...hahaha! Some sites also suggested quick and easy Tofu Fa using readymade soy milk. So, google it!
Craving for it past 1 week, I ended up with the easiest solution to make Tofu Fa! Haha, my style of Quick Tofu Fa! (malas/lazy version).
I needed just a pack of Smooth Tofu, Palm Sugar syrup...and a steamer!
- Steam Smooth Tofu for 10-15 minutes.
- Drain excessive water emerged from the tofu. Scoop few slices gently and fill in a bowl.
- Squeeze some Palm Sugar syrup on. Done!
