♥...My Appam Smiled Today...♥

Hello everyone! How r U all doing today??? Busy with ur kids???

Been or going somewhere for school holidays? Well, me n my kids not...coz Hubby is not around! He'll be back this Saturday only...when the holiday almost over..sengihnampakgigi

Anyways, yesterday was my Mom's Birthdaycelebrate...and Ashika had her regular vaccination too. We went to my mom's place after the jab. Mom cooked delicious items...ghee rice, mutton masala, chicken varuval, carrot-cabbage stir-fry and cucumber in mayo! WOW, finger licking good...I would say! Love her cookings...

Pics??? Owh no, I did not snap any, coz I was too hungry already by the time she finished cooking..hahahaha!

Okey, back to the post title! I've recently made APAM TEPUNG BERAS (Rice Flour Appam) recipe by KakWatie! But my appam did not 'smile' at the surface! Still, it tasted so yummy! senyum

Then I decided to re-do it again! ( I won't be easily satisfied until I get something done). I made 8 moulds, and 4 of them turned out 'smiling' at me!!! Yeay!menari

I'm really excited...Success!!! tepuktangan I gotto make them all smile the next time!

Thanks a ton to all who advised me on the tips! I did steam 'em over maximum fire! hehehe...and here's the result!
