♥...Nasi Goreng Kampung...my version...♥

I always have this fried rice at Pelita Nasi Kandar restaurant near my area...spoon licking good! sengihnampakgigi Dunno what 'special ingredient' they added lor...but the crunchy anchovies gives the rice a special taste...

I just know the basic ingredients for this Nasi Goreng Kampung (Village-style Fried Rice)...has lots of Anchovies and Bird's Eye Chillis!

Having eaten this fried rice at Pelita a few times, I managed to figure out the other ingredients...but I know mine would not taste as good as theirs...wakakaka! But nvm, giving it a try is not a problemo!

As I'm running out of cabbage and mustard leaves...I substituted them with french beans and carrot...sengihnampakgigi

Okey la...not gonna blabber much today as I'm having slight headache right now...ouch!

    Selain ikan bilis,belacan i think is the secret ingredient too 2 make nasi ayam kmpung rite?hehe...
