♥...Fried Kway Teow...♥
I'm still in cloud nine after Rishie won the Spelling Competition last Sunday. Hahahaha! Thank U so much to ALL good-hearts for congratulating Rishie yesterday. Really appreciated.
Made Fried Kway Teow for dinner last night. Hubby and I are true fans of Penang Char Kway Teow (PCKT). He'll drive up to Penang just to have some PCKT at Macalister Road. We used to put up a night at Sunway Hotel, Georgetown where U can see food stalls down the aisle every night. It's a Food Heaven...I would say! Macam macam ada...
I believe the most special ingredient in PCKT would be the chilli paste. I didn't add anything to my paste, it's just plain dried chilli paste. Hehehe...
Okey, let's have a look at my simple Fried Kway Teow here...

ReplyDeleteWow, a son like Rishie certainly will make any parent proud, won't he? Since I know that Rishie's in Smartreader Kids, I would like to ask your opinion of the kindie...how's it like? My 3yr-old son's in Sri Kenanga, just becoz it is one of the few which offers afternoon session. I'm looking for one which let kids play more than do homework.

Meldylocks ~~> Hi Meldy...I'm sure U're aware the SRK centre in BBT is at a shoplot. They emphasize more on the studies than playing I guess. My son never returns home without homework everyday. But he enjoys doing it. I would suggest SRK BBT to anyone. And yeah, they do have noon sessions. U may walk-in to the centre to get better view. Lemme know how it goes...U may mention Rishie's name to the principal or teachers there. ;)
ReplyDeleteIjan ~~> Hi Ijan, it's okey ya! I know U're pretty busy there. Thank U so much for the wishes...he certainly made us very proud. ;)
