♥...Cheezy Bread & Pandan Kaya Banana Bread...♥
Good morning Everyone...how r U all doing this morning? Had breakfast? Wish U all a Happy Weekend!
There are many ways to have a bread...sandwiches, toasts, butter/margerine spread or just like that...
I'll have it my own way too...hihi...nothing so special though...but I just love them this way, coz I'm not someone who can eat plain bread or with only butter/margerine spread, UNLESS I'm too hungry.
My first and common style would be Cheezy Bread.
Spread some margerine on bread slices, then sprinkle some sugar on. Top up with little shredded mozarella cheese.
Place the breads slices on a baking tray/grid and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 mins. Done.
With a mug of tea…ooh la la!!!
and....
Pandan Kaya Banana Bread, can find similar pizza in Dominos.
Spread some pandan kaya on bread slices, then add some sliced bananas. Top up with little shredded mozarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 mins. Done.
Another way to clear banana stock…hihi
