♥...LYCHEE PUDDING...♥

Huh...ramai dah tayang dishes tuk New Year erk...hehe...Love tak masak semalam! For lunch, we had some fried rice...for dinner, we had Mc'D! After a long wait, dapat jugak Prosperity Chicken Burger! (KakWatie, Love had Prosperity Burger...kihkihkih, nak prosper the whole year!)

Well, as the opening foodie post for this year...Love start with a refreshing, cool dessert...okey!

It's none other than...LYCHEE PUDDING~ jeng jeng jeng...kenyit

Made this last night...just out, fresh from fridge!! Haaa...pagi2 dah makan dessert!

LYCHEE PUDDING by love2cook...


Bahan2 :~
  • 10gm serbuk agar-agar
  • 900ml air (air biasa + air dari tin laici)
  • 120gm gula (ikut citarasa)
  • 200ml susu cair
  • 1 tin laici ~ asingkan buah (dicincang/dipotong...nak letak besar2 pun boleh)
  • 1 cawan Nata de Coco perisa laici (optional...Love letak)
Cara2 membuatnya :~
  1. Didihkan air bersama gula dan serbuk agar2 hingga larut. Kacau dgn whisk.
  2. Padamkan api. Masukkan susu cair ke dlm adunan dan kacau sebati.
  3. Susun buah laici yang telah dicincang bersama nata de coco di dlm loyang atau acuan yang sesuai.
  4. Tuangkan adunan ke dlm loyang/acuan. Biarkan suam terlebih dahulu sebelum dimasukkan ke dlm peti sejuk.
  5. Apabila puding dah betul2 sejuk...potong dan hidangkan! *jika menggunakan nata de coco, pastikan pisau diasah tajam sebelum memotong puding...


Recipe in English :~
  • 10gm agar-agar powder
  • 900ml water (plain water + syrup from lychee can)
  • 120gm sugar
  • 200ml evaporated milk
  • 1 can lychee ~ separate the fruits (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup lychee flavoured Nata de Coco ~ optional
Methods :~
  1. Boil agar-agar2 powder and sugar in water till they dissolves. Keep whisking gently.
  2. Turn off the flame and add the evaporated milk, stir well.
  3. Fill the moulds/tin with chopped lychee fruits and Nata de Coco.
  4. Pour the mixture into the moulds/tin and let it cool at room temperature first b4 chilled in refrigerator.
  5. Serve chilled. (Use a really sharp knife to cut the pudding, incase U added Nata de Coco).

    Owh, sblm tuang adunan ke dlm acuan/loyang...basahkan acuan/loyang tuh, baru tuang. Or u can also apply some butter kat acuan/loyang tuh. Would be very easy time keluarkan puding tuh.
