♥...Eggless Moist Chocolate Cake...♥
Am I on a baking spree lately? Haha...I think so. Time to play with flours and my baking tools again and mess up the tabletop!
I tried yet again another Eggless Chocolate cake recipe. I'm so addicted to eggless cake, only one reason...no mixers needed! Just a whisk or wooden spoon is enough to make the batter. Silly na! Hihihi...just too lazy to clean the tools...
So, my KA gonna be sleeping until I start making some cookies for Diwali, hopefully! Hahaha..suppose to make pineapple tarts for my Hubby, but I kept postponing it. Let's do it all for the Diwali then...yeehaaaaa! I'm not a cookie expert though...hmmm never made a single cookie for any festive before! Thought of starting the era of baking cookies from this year, as we gonna celebrate at our new home!
About the cake...I bookmarked the recipe from blu4sky@stove2oven. As usual, my kids given their verdict. Rishie enjoyed the cake by not saying a word, but continued helping himself with the cake while it was still warm. When I asked him how was the cake, he just showed thumbs up! Ashika made a big mess of herself and the chair she was seated. To me, I liked the cake but I shall substitute brown sugar with the white next time. It's definitely moisty, and the most important...it's eggless! So U can't ask for more...yummy!
Thank U so much to the recipe owner...

Hi
ReplyDeleteLoved your blog. Wanted to try a lot of recipes. Being a chocoholic, I always look for chocolate cake recipes and since your cake has no need for butter, egg and as the ingredients are simple, Iam definetly going to give a try.
hi, i'm a silent reader here hihi
ReplyDeleteluv u the recipe ^_^
can i substitute sunflower oil with cooking oil?
Hello Faizah,
ReplyDeleteThank you for being a silent reader :)
You may sub the oil with corn oil. I never tried with other cooking oil, so will not recommend ;)
