Eggless Moist Banana Brownies...
The other day, as I was browsing for brownies recipe using bananas, it took me to this recipe posted by Kak Fida at MyResipi portal. I have tried many recipes shared by her at the portal and not one disappointed me until now. Her Prawn Rendang is still my family's favourite!
Coming back to the brownies, I noticed it's eggless. I confirmed by re-checking the recipe and I jumped in joy...Yay!!!! No eggs!!!
Having full trust in her recipes that worked for me all these while, I didn't even think twice on this one. I went to my kitchen, grabbing the bananas from the dining table and started preparing the simple-dimple ingredients!
I truly enjoyed the brownie warm...so do my children. Just irresistible, warm or chilled. It's chocolatey and banana-ish and moisty of course! You gotto try this...;)
Here's the translated recipe for easy reference. Thank you Kak Fida for yet again another scrumptious recipe!

Hi,call me Clarise.I would just like to know is it possible to use all purpose flour instead of plain flour. Will it change the texture?
ReplyDeleteI really liked your recipe for chocolate moist cake. Thanks a lot.
Hello Clarise, good day to you! Yes, you can use APF for this brownies...I actually made it 2nd time with APF and it was great!
DeleteThank you for your lovely words...;)
Hi clarise here again, I tried this recipe today and the taste is ok but the I have a problem! It is not hard enough it's so flaky that you can't even pick it up with your hands it crumbles , I don't know what went wrong as I follow exactly, except for the tin I put in is those tin rectangular tall tin. Might it affect it becAse it becomes to thick?
DeleteHi Clarise, not very sury why the brownies crumbled. I followed the owner's recipe 100% and baked in a 8x8 rectangular tin, normal height...and the brownie turned out very good. Did you allow the brownie to cool before slicing?
Deletemy house no microwave , so i can't try this recipe but it looks very delicious,
ReplyDeleteI love it so much ..
